Returns & Exchange

Please Note:
Unlike machine-made products, handmade designs are crafted individually and much more unique. No 2 pieces are identical. All images provided serve only as a sample of the design. Please do not place an order if you expect the exact or almost identical piece to be delivered, no exchanges/refunds will be made for such reasons. 

*Please be gentle with your pieces - all orders are carefully inspected prior to dispatch & after thousands of order we are experienced with the potential problems that may or may  not arise with courier rough handling. Do not drop, be bend or place your accessories unprotected in your bag.

SuperAttic LLP is not liable for any breakage of acrylic/glass/resin pieces caused by the individual's mishandling. 


Sample images provided are to used purely as a guide. Each final product is truly unique and may bear subtle difference from the ones photographed. 

Refer to our main product image (photographed against a white backdrop) for the closest color accuracy. 

Exchange and Refund

If you should have any issues with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery (as dated by trackable courier delivery) for exchange. 

International Exchange - Ship items back to us within 30 days of delivery

We do not accept returns or cancellations.
But please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Orders for Gifting
We both honoured & extremely appreciative of Orders Meant For Gifting To Your Loved Ones, but please note that we DO NOT ACCEPT exchange/refund because of any reason related this matter.

Box Packaging
Our products are meticulously packed in our sturdy brand box for delivery.

Orders from the same Customer, with the same delivery address are automatically combined.

The products are tested for a safe and efficient fit in the box, packing between 1-5 products in a single box. If there has been no clear indication on the customers part that the orders are to be packed separately in different boxes, for gifting or any other reason, we will pack as per our usual efficient practice. 

Customised Orders:

No Refund. No Exchange.

Important!!!  Please Note : if no indication was explicitly made (email / direct message / order notes ) for the conversion from Studs to Hoops (available only for certain designs), the earrings will be left in their original Stud form. 

SuperAttic cannot be held liable for conversion after the order has been dispatched.

 

Repairs

Murphy’s Law - what can go wrong, will go wrong. We understand that accidents can happen. If your product is damages, please contact and we will try our best to help in the best way possible.

Repair/Replacement of Earpost 
If you should require a replacement of your old earpost (for earrings) or pushlock (for brooches), please kindly contact us for quotation and discussion.
**Because Steel Earpost are softer than our Gold Plated Earpost, they are not suited for replacement.


Free Repair + Free Redelivery - Within 2 Months of purchase
Charged Repair + Charged Redelivery - After 2 Months of purchase. Postage cost to be borne by buyer.

SuperAttic reserves the right to cancel/reject orders made from certain individuals & region.
